We nurture active citizenship in Syrian youth and hone their leadership skills through community-leadership curricula, capacity-building in negotiation, communication, and decision-making, and the launch of high-impact social and economic initiatives.

Training & Economic Empowerment
At Bidaya, we focus on economic empowerment by supporting entrepreneurship and developing the skills required for meaningful labor-market integration. This track offers a fully integrated platform where youth gain access to the tools, technologies, and know-how demanded by today’s market—opening new pathways for professional growth.
We foster entrepreneurial thinking and provide the guidance and resources needed to develop sustainable ventures that fuel local economic growth.
Our goal is to cultivate a generation capable of creating opportunities and contributing to a more just and stable economy.

Sustainable Community Development
This track builds dynamic youth networks that act as engines for change and development, with an emphasis on civil peace and social stability through volunteerism and community responsibility.
We implement high-quality projects in collaboration with public- and private-sector partners and civil-society organizations to elevate youth roles in building fairer, more cohesive communities. By launching initiatives and forming sustainable youth civic groups, we empower them to drive impact and embed a culture that embraces civil peace and fraternity among all community members.
